"Yo Soy Xiomara Zetina terapeuta, speaker y fundadora de Empowering Girls Day @egirlsdaymx
En el año 2019 motivada por mi historia de vida, ser madre a los 16 años funde Empowering Girls, con el objetivo de informar y empoderar a las niñas y adolescentes de Mexico y Latinoamérica y al mismo tiempo crear un espacio de prevención de adicciones, embarazo adolescente, depresión, desórdenes alimenticios, violencia de genero entre otros. Convencida de que las nuevas generaciones de mujeres deben ser educadas y acompañadas para llegar a ser todo lo que aspiren sin limitaciones, para que sean capaces de progresivamente tomar sus propias decisiones  debidamente informadas. Desarrollando programas de emprendimiento, empoderamiento, sustentabilidad y autoconocimiento para ellas.
Este mismo año inicie una gira a nivel nacional con la conferencia Madres e hijas una relación de amor y fortaleza, con la finalidad de abordar el vínculo que existe desde ambas miradas, para sanar y fortalecer el vínculo con nuestra madre."

"I am Xiomara Zetina therapist, speaker and founder of Empowering Girls Day @egirlsdaymxIn 2019, motivated by my life story, being a mother at the age of 16, I founded Empowering Girls, with the aim of informing and empowering girls and adolescents in Mexico and Latin America and at the same time creating a space for the prevention of addictions, pregnancy adolescent, depression, eating disorders, gender violence among others. Convinced that the new generations of women must be educated and accompanied to become everything they aspire to without limitations, so that they are capable of progressively making their own duly informed decisions. Developing entrepreneurship, empowerment, sustainability and self-knowledge programs for them.This same year, I began a national tour with the conference Mothers and daughters, a relationship of love and strength, with the purpose of addressing the bond that exists from both perspectives, to heal and strengthen the bond with our mother."
